This afternoon I had my first course, then the second if presentations that include ...
was a course between daughters of mothers who are expecting their first baby.
I am the oldest (but I expected), the most pregnant (the other is in July) but with the smallest bidou o)).
We learned the right positions for the back, learn to open the diaphragm and breathe to ventilate baby, do relaxation ...
And then for me we do stretching and relaxation on all fours! It seems that in this position baby is more likely to make his spin.
Here is the program: 10 -15 minutes fours morning and evening to May 20!!

We wait in a tiny waiting room that we share with pédiadrie, a woman waits with her baby, his name is Leander, he has four days, it is tiny and makes little noises ... he's hungry. With Denis
it looks in 60 days maximum, or we will be the same.
Face to face with reality!
Then it's our turn, our gynecologist charlotte his hands he apologizes and goes or is the work ...
He comes back and starts to examine me: + 7 kg, the neck is long, hard and always closed, my blood pressure is good, we'll go to the echo.
All is well! baby grows and has grown to 1,803 kg 39.3 cm.
The only problem is baby seat. Next inspection in a month May 20, hoping that minimof is done by then the long-awaited spin!
