And that was my last class ... approach the last month and the lifeguard does not want me anymore, too risky to lose water in the pool because it goes unnoticed.
I advise all moms to dip as often as possible during pregnancy. Baby loves and moves like a little crazy. And then it's good for traffic, back and all the muscles and allows AC to feel 'light' ...

Preparations!
Last Tuesday we had to realize that minimof will come, it could happen from one day to another, but that nothing was ready!
This week I'm spent Action:
casiment I washed all the little clothes that have been lent, I picked up the stroller, I bought the necessary request for maternity ... The bag of
minimof is almost closed, it still lacks some stuff for mine but this is not the most important.
Next step: the room!
And I must say that I long to keep everything and install everything ... A little patience!

about 13:00 the tummy became impossible to stay sitting at the computer. I immediately recognized the pain as a sense of deja lived: the contractions!
I'm lying to get ... but this has not gone! At 14h I had to go see my gygy to make me stop my my 15 days off disease. The car sped things, contractions + backache. The doctor advised me to take 2 Spasfon, to rest and get back to 20h to check the neck if I ever wrong!
20 hours but in 6 hours! Towards
18h and 2 Spasfon still more, the pain was gradually cleared.
I took a hot bath and I went to bed early ...
An afternoon of contractions, AC and AC calm awareness that minimof can happen at any time.
So Monday I'll wash your small business, preparing our suitcases Tuesday, Wednesday to complete the list of birth on Thursday to clean the car and learn to ride a stroller ...
Your Teenage Mom still needs a good week, still a little warm minimof!
